In a test flight shortly before it went on display at the New York International Auto Show, the (5) … (the first design of something from which other forms are copied or developed) vehicle flew at 1,400 feet for eight minutes, so it may prove to be a useful way to beat traffic jams. Yet, there are still some (6) … (done with difficulty, or involving repeated problems or mistakes) blocks — the space needed for takeoff could prove to be a problem. And with an added vertical (7) … (a measurement of something in a particular direction, especially its height, length, or width), the laws of the road could become considerably more complex. Not to mention that when the Transition is finally put on the market for sale, its price tag, much like the hi-tech vehicle itself, is expected to go sky-high.
